About Me
My Love for Animals:
My name is Cheryl F. and I'm the owner of Aptitude Pet Services. My love for animals started in my early childhood experience from my aunt and uncle's farm. It gave me the opportunity to care for, clean up after, feed and pardon the pun - be a dogsbody for a large range of animals and pets.
My Experience with Animals:
I touched on this before, but I've spent a considerable amount of my life looking after a lot of different animals from: dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, tropical and cold-water fish, hamsters, lizards and even two tortoises called Shelby and Sheldon, which I got to name! I have a strong affinity with animals and understanding from their emotions and needs, which comes naturally to me.

"Can I get updates of how my pet is doing?"
I can take photos and videos of your pet whenever you need it.
"Do you only look after dogs and cats?"
I look after all types of animals: puppies, cats, kittens, tropical and cold-water fish, hamsters, lizards & tortoises.
"Do you look after
multiple pets?"
I walk up to a maximum of 4 dogs and up to 4 pets for pet sitting.
"Are you available on bank holidays and weekends?"
I'm always available for both; excluding Christmas day and New Years day.
"How many times can you do drop-in visits?"
As many as you may require.
"Can I meet you first before I book you?"
Absolutely, either call or email me and we can schedule a free meet and greet.
"Do you do overnight stays in your own home?"
I only offer overnight stays in your own home which is a bonus considering you get a house sitter as well as a pet sitter for added peace of mind.
"What if I have specific requirements for the care of my pet?"
Your pet's health and care is my priority so anything that you need from me to look after your pet, I'm always happy to discuss.
